Transcript – Collaboration in Virtual and Face-To-Face Environments

Hello, everyone, welcome to our team’s T3 project poster. In this project, we started team collaboration dynamics in face to face environment versus the virtual remeasurement. We recruited a total of eight groups of participants to engage in team collaborations in virtual environment as well as in face-to-face environment. Our initial findings showed a correlation between face-to-face interactions and virtual interactions, especially the team creativity and the team psychological safety. We are currently conducting a qualitative analysis to understand how the team leadership functions and the behaviors in different than environment. To extend this project, we plan to investigate key posts, trusting and trusting the experience and behavior in virtual reality interactions.
